T3000 <-> PCS7 communication

Hi and welcome AngelGL,
I had a project last year communicating between a S7-300 and T2000 or T3000 (can't remember). I think one possibility was MODBUS, but that showed to be a hassle.
Our costumer ended up installing a WAGO device that supported S7 communication to my S7-300, unsure as what they ended up using to the T-system.
