TSX ISP Y101 Weighing Module

Any of you experienced with Telemecanique weighing module (TSX ISPY101)?
When I put command ZeroLoad to calibrate(from Calibration Screen of PL7 software),it's always pop the message "Failure during calibration, measuring saturated (converter overloaded or standard load lower or equal to zero load"
I've read module's manual but I can not figure out the problem.

Any advise?
