Hi all,
I have main chassis and reduandancy one with The following specs:
1-Processor 1756-L62 rev 15.61.
2-Ethernet 1756-ENBT/A rev 4.3.
3-Controlnet 1756-CNBR/E rev 11.4
4-Redundancy module 1757-SRM rev 3.39
And we have 4 I/O card with control net card series D
My question if any controlnet card failure, can i replace it by controlnet card with series E and what is the steps of this replacement(need schdualing or not)

Primary and secondary chassis must have the same card with the same FW revision
I/O chassis can have any card
You do not need to schedule if you replace CNET adapter
But you must follow replacement procedure described in the knowledgbase
