Hi,
I been asked at work to create vat tables for monitoring I/O's on automated crane DEMATIC ML20s controlled by s7-300 I started yesterday and came across strange thing the state of input wasn't showing correctly when monitored it with vat table but at the same time i watched the same input using HMI and hmi was showing correctly. For reference input was I2034.0, i checked some other inputs and some of them was showing correct state and some of them not I would be grateful if anybody would shine some light on this issue.

The inputs you are talking about is it maybe some counter or flashing inputs? If it is so maybe you have a problem monitoring them online as they go on and off to fast??
Can you se the I2034.0 online where it is used in the code? If it is actually in use??
