RSL5000 FBD scanning sequence

Hello. I have RSL5000 v20 and would like to know, when the project is made up of 15 different FBD routines only, does it scan in the same fashion as ladder logic, so it would start with R01 and run that routine until it completes, then it goes on to R02, executes all of R02 before moving on to R03, and so on?

I would think it depends on the order of the JSR's calling each FBD routine
