DEA 4.3 module Indramat Drives

We have an indramat drive utilizing a DEA 4.3 card to talk to some RIO to an Allen Bradley 5/04. I found a manual for this card but it doesn't talk about how this card is programmed. Does anyone have more information on this input/output card and how it is programmed?
