PV550 2711-K5A9L1 problem to connect.

Good evening/day...
I have a PV550 ( 2711k5a9L1 - frn 4.11) and i have a several problems with connections between panel and PC ( pc have a com port )
I need download aplication from PC into the panelview.
This panel have a two RS232 connectors ( 1 used only for Printing and 2 is used for communication RS232/DH485 )
I have:
- RSLinx Classic ( i don't know a number of version but it is a newest version)
- RSLogix500 ( SLC 5/04 - 1747 L542 - os401 )
- Transmitter 1747-UIC ( USB / DH485 )
- I don´t have original cable 2711-NC13 ( i used classical cross serial cable RS232 )
- 1761-NET-AIC / 1747-AIC - this devices were not used yet..
1, COM port (rs232 - cross serial cable) --> HMI - No response..
2, COM port (rs232 - cross serial cable)--> 1747-UIC --> HMI - No response.



I don't know what next try

Your UIC should work. You need a staright thru cable ( that is what the 2711-NC13 is).
Baud rate at 19200 (UIC only supports this)RSLinx's node address must be different then PV.
Make sure you use the comm port the UIC was assigned. Check device manager.

Yes i saw originally pinout cable 2711-NC13

I mean it's a serial cross cable.. ( 2 and 3 position is crossed ) ((or am I wrong? ))

RS Linx i have a allright configured..
After connecting 1747-UIC in to my PC (RS link is configured for DH485 - UIC devices) i see only UIC adapter and that is all.. ( now is there my PC name, but before there was name 1747-UIC )
