using PLC to control Servomotor

hi everyone i need a favour from all the automation gurus at plcs.net
well i need a device which is able to convert my PLC pulse output
from 20khz to 4Mhz and able to step down the voltage from 24VDC to
5VDC. i need this device to control servomotor via PLC
