Where is my keyboard?

Good day all.
I have a silly little issue with a PVP 1000. (version 8) Actually I have the same issue with many. I am trying to set up the security for the VNC server.
I have already made sure that the VNC server is on and running. I go in to the server configuration.
Enable the security feature so there is a green check mark by it.
Touch on password and I see the 7 stars across the bottom of the Network server config. window where I think I should be able to enter the password.

My question is now how do I bring up the keyboard to actually enter in this field.
I can highlight it and turn it blue but I can't find a way to enter something.

Any comments appreciated.

OHH I got it!!!
The simplest of things.

For anybody else that runs across this : The pen icon at the bottom right of the windows screen can allow you to turn on the keyboard.
