Wincc project recovery

Hi to all,

i am using simatic IPC5470 server, my wincc programme has stop working,i want to use ACRONIS software to recover the programme but the problem is,when i tried the[ ES and OS, i cannot find on my external hard drive for the recovery.
can someone help please.
