TwinCAT Library addition failes Build

Hi,
I am simply trying to add libraries to a new project, so as to understand what is available.
As soon as I add the 'TcSystemBX' library that I have downloaded from the Beckhoff website and Build, I get 29 errors.
Most reference FB's installed, quoting Firmware versions & Identifiers etc.
I have followed the order by installing the TcBaseBX first.

Am getting perplexed as to how to make this work

you will need to load the complete set of libraries, a they are linked to each other.
oscat does the same, so download it from oscat.de and look at the txt version.

So every library in the \lib directory?

Interesting enough, it is now working.
Only thing I can think of, is that a PC restart and/or a version upgrade then restart was the answer.
I powered off the VM last night, tried this morning & it worked.

Now to focus on the task at hand..
