I am a beginner, all I want to know is how to quickly toggle a bit, do I put cursor on output right click should see toggle bit then click on that??

Had a device showing a jam that was not there, mechanically and electrically all good, one of my techs had some one go in and toggle and all reset and line started

The answer depends on what software you're using to view the program. Each brand is different.
The fact that toggling a bit worked once is not a guarantee that it will work in the future. The fact that you needed to do it suggests an underlying problem with the program as currently written.
