PLC to Honeywell TDC 3000

I have to get a 4/20 ma signal from one PLC system in to our Honeywell TDC 3000 system.I have a Fiber Cable from one location to the other.I am not sure if this can be done simply
with Fiber converters at each end. Will this work and were can I buy the right cinverters.
Appreciate any help.
