I'm having trouble getting two type k thermocouples to read properly I have gone through the manual but can't seem to find any clues why it's not reading correctly it works fine when I use pt100s but not when it's configured for the thermo couples

Is the measuring module selector set to A
Are you using grounded or ungrounded thermocouples
- if ungrounded jumper 10 and 11
Is the hardware config set up correctly ?
