Is it possible? communication between CP942H Siemens S5 PLC with ACS 800 ABB Drive??

Dear Drive Experts,

In our Mines division we are using S5 Siemens PLC with CPU:CP942H and we are now getting ACS800 ABB Drive, which supports Modbus communication.

I want to know is it possible to communicate with that drive by adding any additional hardware? if Yes where can I get that? I am from India.

As from local siemens representatives, they are asking for the upgradation to S7 PLC..

Siemens S5 and ACS800

In the Siemens S5 PLC you can use a 6ES5 308-3UC11 Profibus card and in the ACS800 use a RPBA Profibus card.
Then make the communication on Profibus.

The problem is to find a 6ES5 308-3UC11 card, but it is possible.
