Mitsubishi E1101 Loses Program

we have a Mitsubishi E1101 on site that if turned off for an extended period of time boots up with no program. I assumed the internal battery was failing but from looking at the datasheet the only internal battery is for the RTC.

Is there another internal battery I'm missing?
