Please post the model name, the part number, and if you can determine it, the firmware revision of your servo controller.

The last GML Commander release I am aware of was version 4.03, released in 1999. The features it supported corresponded to firmware revision 3.9 in the 1394/IMC controllers. The earlier versions of GML Commander 4.02.00 or 4.02.01 corresponded to 1394/IMC firmware 3.8

The predecessor to GML Commander was called "GML 3" software. GML3 version 3.9.1 works with ALL 1394/IMC motion controllers but only supports the feature set up to 1394/IMC firmware 3.5. If your controller is using features from after 3.5, you're going to need GML Commander.

I doubt there's a stocking RA distributor on Malta; who do you buy your equipment from ?

I have a problem:
How to set Transducer Counts/Mtr Rev and Motor type for Drive/Motor 1394 configuration in GML 3.9.1 (IMC 1394 S Class Compact,4100-234-RL)? The motor is Lenze MCA21X17 with 2048PPR TTL Encoder (A,A not,B,B not and Z,Z not) and Lenze EVS-9327-ES Servo Drive.
