I swapped coms modules and the problem still exists at this one PLC but not the other so, that leaves the PLC connection between the card and the CPU.

So, even if inputs are electronically connected, without the I/O table, LED's won't light? Most of my experience is AB and of course, they will light even if there is no project in the PLC.
