Thanks for coming back to update. I'm not a fan of the PV+ for this and many other reasons but the new 5000 series looks decent and reminds me of the old Panelview in its simplicity.

That box is for manually adjusting for DST. As daba mentioned, you need to write code to manually adjust or "check the box" for it. You have to use a SSV instruction on "ApplyDST" Attribute.

With AB PLC, it's bad practice to have conditional subroutine for many, many reasons. One of which OP already found out. I wouldn't even put non physical output in subroutine.
