I, for one, fail to see why you need the ladder logic in the PLC to perform any "cloud analytics". I can understand needing to read the data values, but not the underlying logic.

I may be wrong, but I think the transfer is between RAM and EEPROM. You will need to send the program and configuration from LM90 to the CPU first, then the write to EEPROM is from CPU RAM to EEPROM.
