XIC 1 will not work, XIC TRUE will work if there is a tag named TRUE. It's not a built in constant or anything like that, although that would be neat.

You are probably not using the drive's Ethernet port since you are using the E2P, so its configuration is irrelevant. It's probably just at default.

I assume that you are intending on using DLR...
