There is no canned feature to do that, that I am aware of. You could build your own pretty easilly, but at typical MicroLogix scan rates it would only be accurate at very low frequencies.

Good point, as long as he's sticking with standard form factor and design relays. But if he's using some special high temp or timer/ multifunction relays, he may have the same problem.
