While trying to do a New Project Wizard in PCS7 v8.0 , we got below error . How can we find out which optional package is missing ? Thank you

257:9 The project contains objects of the optional package 'xxxx' that cannot be processed because the optional package is not installed or an outdated version is installed.

Did you see this one?

They all mention to update your hardware profiles from the HW configurator. Have you done that already?

By the way, check that you have one of the 4 or 5 languages accepted by PCS7 as default if you want to get anywhere.

It turned out to be a problem with the bundle which I am selecting in the wizard. If I choose bundle AS410, then I get the error. But if choose a higher one, like the AS412 or AS417, the wizard works ok. Thank you all for your help.

AS410 if I remember correctly is a strange PLC in that you need a license with a certain number of PCS7 objects in it to be able to run. It could have something to do with that and your installation.
