I am searching 0-1000(or 5000, or 10000) ohm to 4-20 ma convertor.Have you ever seen it.

Can be configured for either 0-1kOhm/4-20mA or 0-5kOhm/4-20mA.
RS Components resells it.

Maybe this from Action Instruments? This one is from API. Both are listed as potentiometer input. But with proper wiring they will work with rheostats or fixed resistances.

The Tracker 223 panel meter works well if you want a display
