SoMachine has been released with V3.1. The biggest change is that the software can now be installed on x64 PC's.
It took after 15 years of inactivity on the PLC front some weeks before I was more or less up to speed but SoMachine is a lovely piece of software. The collaboration between SoMachine and Vijeo is perfect and haven't really got bounced into a limitation. It is indeed CODESYS based but the libraries you get from Schneider makes it more attractive than a standard PLC based on codesys soft. Prices are very competitive to say the least and support is second to none (at least in Belgium). |
