Uploaded program from Omron PLC

Hello colleagues! Recently I'm doing a job in a PET bottles blowing company, and I uploaded the program from PLC and what I get is this:

As you can see, the comments are in ascii characters, and therefore it is impossible for me to make the necessary corrections, any idea?

It looks like the comments were written in Japanese. I would ask for any other manuals or documentation for the line that you can cross reference.

In that case you mention the language can be translated because the Chinese (or Japanese) characters are present, but in my case there are only ascii characters that can not be put into a translator (as far as I know, there is no ascii translator at all Language), so, if you know anything please send me a PM.
