Dear ,

problem : Adding and configuring analog input module 1794-IE8 to existing running system SLC 5/03 through 1747-BSN (DH485)
System:
- 2 redundant SLC system with 2 BSN located at Slot 1
- 2 Racks (Rack 1 is 5 modules) , Rack 2 is 4 Modules
- Required : to add extra analog module to Rack2.
- System existing is running fine.

Module is configured to the system but no respond from field analog readings

1- Module has been configured as technical note "23858"
2- module located at Rack 2 Slot 5.(Rack 1 , Group 4) , 3/4 G-FILE
3- Module Power is separate.
4- Module LED indication is steady green.
5- ASB LED indications is steady green
6- Bit (N 250:8/15) always equal one and so as it appears module is not properly configured
7- Random unique M0 & M1 file has been used.(M0:1.600 &M1:1.800)
8- Same rack has in slot 1 another IE8 and is working fine and i have replaced between them nut still 1 is fine and so problem in my configuration.

Attached the PLC program , Kindly check Analog routine , LAD 4 & 5
