Machine PC that has the following come up.No DPRAM availible or Delta Tau not found

I have a small machine PC , that when it boots , the following message comes up at startup. Could you help me understand this .

"ERROR , No DPRAM available or Delta Tau not found .Please close down and check Delta Tau controller. "

You folks have any thoughts ?

In this context, "DPRAM" is probably "Dual Port RAM", a straightforward way for PC programs to very quickly exchange blocks of data with a controller running on an expansion card.

Presumably, this computer has a Delta Tau motion controller card in it that has malfunctioned.
