Hi,

i need to communicate around 32 vfd's (mitsubishi E700 Series) with master plc(mitsubishi). All vfd's are at different location around 300 meter apart from each other and distance from control room of the nearest vfd is around 800 meter. What is the possible Architecture to communicate at this distance.

There are allot of other questions to ask. Redundancy?
The basic specifications for Mitsubishi are 100m without repeaters for Ethernet.

I would go Ethernet. It has a distance of 100m but if you are using optical fiber you can go 2000m. This is without repeaters on the lines.
See this on Ethernet Modbus TCP communication distances:

Repeaters / Converters

https://www.perle.com/products/10-100-1000-ethernet-extender.shtml

The above should give you some information to consider.
Regards,
