safety relay guard master

Hi to all,
Now I am using safety relay guard master(MSR131RTP)

Trouble shooting of the relay is very difficult

Is there any trouble shooting guide is there for that relay

Please help me on this issue

I am using two channel with manual reset ,no output monitoring
Two tape switch are connected in series and making my two channels

My safety relay module power is stable when I was connected my first channel and I tried to connect my second channel ,module power starts flashing continuously.
But I checked my channels continuity is not good

After replace the new tape switch its good
