A1Scpuc24-r2 Mitsubishi plc

Hi everybody,
Today I treid to back up the main program on a mitsubishi a1scpuc24-r2 plc and got the following error "the memory capacity settings (main capacity) set in the parameters and the memory capacity settings in the plc do not match. Interrupting processing."
This is the first time I have attempted to connect to this plc. I checked the MAIN box and the COMMENTS box together on the first read from plc attempt and then tried just the MAIN box alone.
Same error

I contacted tech support and they suggested uploading just the parameters 1st and then the main program.....it worked!
