i have a problem in HMI UNIOP ER04, after turn power on appear as attached file pls, what is the reason happened that

Try to adjust the contrast...

2.3.2 HMI Units with Keyboard
1. Power off the unit
2. Press and hold any 4 keys
3. When the special sequence has been accepted, the panel will start with display completely black and the red LED in the upper left corner steady on.
4. The panel can now be turned off and back on. This procedure will reset the contrast calibration parameters to the default value.
