I'd add another vote for the Redlion PTV, but if the budget is tight I'm fairly sure AdvancedHMI will run on a Raspberry PI. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DhkBVPBgBD0

Normally I wouldn't reccommend Raspberry PI for an industrial environment, but it looks like a company called Kunbus has "industrialised" it and also produces a range of gateway modules for most of the industrial protocols.
