Need help regarding factorytalk view se alarm internal sound

Dear Memners,
i have an issue regarding factory talk view alarm sound, i have set internal bell for sevarity =1, internal speeker are working fine but internal sound for alarm not genarated. i am using ftview 9 series standalon system .
Please guide me how to active the internal bell for alarm.

For some reason, the internal bell function stopped working with version 6.0. Here is the Tech Note describing the issue.

Rockwell has never issued a fix. I suspect this was due to the intended migration from FactoryTalk HMI Tag Alarms to the newer FactoryTalk Alarms and Events method of performing alarming. They do suggest that instead of using the internal bell, that you instead choose to play a .WAV file. There is a Tech Note on this.

You might want to consider moving away from the HMI Tag Alarms and start using the Alarms & Events instead. I believe version 9 was the last version to support HMI Tag Alarms. Alarms and Events is a newer method of alarming and offers a lot more capability. Playing a sound is quite easy with this method.

Thanks for reply , but i have running system its not been possible to shift hmi tag alafrms to server alarms.
i have t add on exgistion hmi alarm server .
Please guide my how i can add on hmi server alarms internal bell.
