Hitachi Hizac E series -F02 query

Hi PLC forum,

I am retrofitting a Hitachi Hizac E series & need some help. Other than purchasing a user manual from
the US I am stumped.

Any assistance is appreciated.

1. A brief explanation of function F02

2. Is a compare F35 <>= or a combination of? and does the value adjacent to the F35, represent the comparison block number, or the value we wish to compare?

3. To reset or alter a HSC value, what address do I refer to?
