2711C-T4T Panelview Component upload

I need to get an upload from a 2711C-T4T.

on here that said I need to use the web server built into the HMI. I set my PCs IP address to 169.254.0.199 and subnet mask to 255.255.0.0 because Geospark said (on the old thread) 169.254.0.0 - 169.254.255.255 was the default APIPA (no idea what APIPA means!) range. However, I can't figure out what the HMI IP address is to enter it into my browser address bar.

I can't figure out how to get into the HMI's configuration screens and there doesn't appear to be a 'Goto Config' button anywhere - I've even tried pressing all the blank areas in case there's a hidden button.

Can some kind soul point me in the right direction, please?

Scratch that.

I managed to connect using the mini USB connector and download the application from the HMI that way. I had to install the Microsoft RNDIS network adapter driver and used the IP address 169.254.254.2 in Internet Explorer - it wouldn't work in Chrome.

The procedure is detailed in the PanelView Component HMI Terminals user manual on page 13.
