Logic diagram documentation

Hi!

Is there anyone that knows about a program that can be used for creating documentation similar to attached picture?

It would also be great to have an functionality that checks if the TAG(Input/Output) is used on other pages in the document and automatically put in page reference.

you can use Excel or Visio.
that's what i'm familiar with.
At my last plant, all cad drawings were done with visio.
there may be others out there that I am not familiar with.

I use Electra, which runs in Visio

Have a look at QElectrotech.org, it has references, is complete free and is open source so you can make own symbols.
