How do you terminate network cabling

Just cut the ends off and put regular RJ45's on them. Like the ones below. You will need a crimper but they're cheap.

We often terminate with SignaMax KI-DIN-RMM-SL rail mount housings and jump with a patch cable. They’re available without side covers but the covers are easily removed if you don’t want them. We usually leave the covers in place unless there’s a need to pack tighter on the rail.
