Process Panel programming - common question

Hi,

I decided to start new thread because I can't find any info about Process Panel Programming Tutorial.

I'm familiar with programming PLCs ( ABB Advant, AC800, Freelance ), but I have never programmed Process Panel.
My question is:
1. How a PLC I/O is assigned to the Process Panel ?
What I mean, for example - I'd like to display AI signal on the Process Panel Display. I know PLC AI address, what should I know more to put this AI on my Process Panel graphics.
