Connection on dc motor gear with motor driver

I have problem on searching how to connect the dc motor model (SPG30e-20k) to my motor drive (L298n) and PLC ... can anyone help me? I searching google... they only teach how to connect to arduino...

dc motor got six pins :
pin 1 : motor - : output motor driver
pin 2 : motor +: output motor driver
pin 3 : Hall effect sensor vcc
pin 4 : Halll effect sensor gnd
pin 5&6 : output encoder
