Crouzet M3- Windows 10 not reconizing controlloer

Hi,

I'm up against an Crouzet M3 XD26. I uploaded the software and the USB driver correctly (I think) to my Windows 10 laptop. When I connect the laptop to the controller, I get a error message saying the device malfunction and Windows does not recognize it. I run the program and try to set up communication by the test fails. Any thoughts?
