How to link a Tag on wonderware Intouch with the Address on the PLC

How can I link a PLC Tag/Address to wonderware Intouch with the Address on the PLC?

Here are a couple of links that may help you out. You have not specified the PLC that you will be communicating to with Wonderware.

Thanks for your response, As for PLC, I'm using RSLOGIX500 EMULATOR, it's for practice purpose. Please step by step guide will be appreciated.
Assuming I have Tag say... ''Start_Button'' with bit Address of I:1/0 How do I incorporate that in wonderware Intouch?
