How to Logon to Diagnostic Web Pages

Hi all

Does Allen Bradley have a publication that explains how to logon to the diagnostic web pages for modules. I have a EtherNetIP network that is using a 1756-ENBT/A and a 1756-ENET/B that won't work with Produce/Consumed tags. I need to verify half/full duplex and uni-cast/multiplex connections. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
