InTouch & MulitMonitorsin Win7

I am trying to set this up on a win7 machine. I have it working well on a XP machine, but canny get the same setting to work on a win7 machine.

I have set the win.ini & Intouch.ini files the same on but WM does not span both.
Does anyone know of any subtle differences in Win7 that would affect this...?
