Hi!

Currently running into an issue with a new vibratory bed we're installing. Its using 2 motors which are connected to 1 powerflex 525. Problem is I keep getting overvoltage faults (F005). The drive is connected to a brake resistor. I have done the following, please let me know if anything looks off.

1. Added the 2 motors powers together and set them as the power in the powerflex.
2. Added the 2 amps together and set them as the amps in the powerflex.
3. Set param 437 to the setting for a brake resistor.
4. Left param 438 to the default setting of 100%.
5. Increased accel and decel times to 10 seconds.

Is the brake resistor working at all ?
It will get physically hot. Be careful not to get burned !

Another issue is that possibly the standard brake resistor is too small for the job.

Disclaimer: I have limited experience with PF525.
