Does anyone know where I can download manuals for AB RS Logix 500 and Siemens S7. I would like to get to know these programs and better navigate them.

For Siemens, go to the Siemens support webpage:
http://www4.ad.siemens.de/-snm-0135030360-1078737597-0000010179-0000000017-1079359750-enm-WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&changelang=true&aktprim=0&siteid=cseus&lang=en
and do a search, for example on "Step 7 manuals", "S7-300 hardware", "S7-300 modules". By the way, a lot of the basic pdf files are loaded on your computer when you install step 7 (Start--> Simatic--> Documentation).
