Not able to see the SE application in View point

Hi,

I need clarificatition regarding view point.

3 server ::: A - SE Server 1(OLD) :: B - SE server 2(NEW) :: C - View Point server(New)

All 3 servers are in same domain

In view point server after installation , i can view the SE server A application in view point but i cant see the Se server B application which i have to publish .. Please give me some instructions on the configurations im missing
