Studio 5000 installation failed

Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable (x86) install failed. I already have 2015-2019 on my computer so I thnk this is why but dont know what to do.

In add/remove programs, find that program, modify, repair.

What operating system and version?
ram memory and hard drive space left?
what pc - shouldn't matter, but I have had issues with some brands.

I just thought of something that will cause issues, impending system updates. be sure that all updates are installed, then restart your pc.

we have a wusu server in our facility that would cause things to fail at install when trying to get "updates" from the internet. I took my computer home one day when we were having issues installing programs. Installing the same failed programs while at home, had no issues. IT has since made a connection for me to hard wire to that bypasses the wusu server.
