Remote Control a S7-317T cpu

Hi all,

I wanna to set up a remote control station for S7-317T

IF I have a WinCC or S7 Step on my PC ( USA office), I wanna use my PC to upload, download and monitor the S7-317T CPU( there is a CP 343-1 Lean on PLC rack), and the S7-317T is at Canada,
So how can I use my PC through the industrial ethernet to remote control the PLC ( which is in another country )

what hardware do I need ?
what software do I need ?
Any good way to do this ????
