RA Factorytalk activation (Again)

I'm trying to rehost my AB software suite. My office manager "lost" the dongle. Yes I'm serious.
I'm trying to connect to the RA activation system and it keeps booting me out(error value=2), prior to removing the old activations.
I do not have a service contract. So.... 2 questions, is anyone aware of a problem with RA's activation server this morning? Does anyone recognize that error code?

Even without techconnect contract, they will give you activation support. You may have to register if you want to use chat or the knowledgebase.
